花键联接齿轮荷载点的分析创新要点:分别给出了额定条件和两轴偏移条件下载荷直径和节径的偏差,并分析了荷载点齿轮刚度和接触压力分布的影响。 研究方法:运用有限元模型分别分析在理想条件和两轴偏移条件下花键联接的影响。 重要结论:验证了传统上应用于径节的花键联接啮合齿接触合力的近似法。在额定条件下,载荷直径和径节的偏差随载荷等级的增加而增加。在0.08 mm两轴偏移模型下,有限元法获得的结果与理论径节的最大偏差为2.94%。一般的,在理想联接和两轴偏移花键联接条件下,载荷直径和径节的偏差并不大。径节处载荷和实际荷载点所获得的刚度偏差接近15%。荷载点变化的影响与轴向压力分布相关,即该参数受荷载点位置的影响。 关键词组: Darkslateblue:Affiliate; Royal Blue:Author; Turquoise:Article
