日粮中添加牛磺酸对不同饲养方式蛋鸡输卵管功能的影响创新点:着眼于动物健康的动物福利,探讨在现代社会高密度饲养的笼养鸡伴随的许多健康问题。 方法:在本研究中,绿壳蛋鸡被随机分为散养组、低密度组和高密度组,每组又被分为对照组和饲喂牛磺酸实验组。每个组别的蛋鸡日常饮食是一样的,除了实验组中添加0.1%的牛磺酸。15天后,无菌采集输卵管组织,并分析了组织病理学学上的变化、炎症介质水平、氧化和抗氧化水平等指标的变化。 结论:这些数据表明牛磺酸可以保护输卵管组织,降低炎症介质水平、氧化水平以及增强抗氧化水平等。另外,散养和低密度饲养同样能降低氧化应激和输卵管炎症因子水平等。 关键词组: Darkslateblue:Affiliate; Royal Blue:Author; Turquoise:Article
