中国智慧城市演进评述1香港中文大学(深圳)人文社科学院,中国深圳市,518172 2深圳市物联网智能系统与无线网络技术重点实验室,中国深圳市,518172 3IBM企业与技术安全部,爱尔兰都柏林市 摘要:针对全球城市化带来的挑战,南加州大学的David Bollier提出将信息技术应用于城市规划的新理念。IBM响应了这一理念,于2008年启动"智慧地球"(Smart Planet)计划。此后,智慧城市概念迅速被全球各大城市采用,逐渐演变为先进城市的战略选择。本文通过回顾智慧城市概念的提出和探讨智慧城市的本质,来研究智慧城市发展和演进的趋势。具体而言,我们调查了中国智慧城市发展的关键驱动力,总结了中国与其他国家智慧城市的主要差异,讨论了建设未来智慧城市的4大重要挑战。 关键词组: Darkslateblue:Affiliate; Royal Blue:Author; Turquoise:Article
