2019冠状病毒病首次胸部CT影像表现及其与临床表现的相关性研究创新点:初步探索COVID-19肺部病灶与临床数据的相关性,对评估COVID-19患者提供一定的依据. 方法:纳入2020年1月16日至2020年2月6日入院的36例COVID-19患者,回顾性分析首次胸部CT的影像学表现,包括影像特征、分布模式、累及范围等,并进一步分析其与临床特征(包括发病时间、发热症状、白细胞计数等)的相关性. 结论:结果发现,在自然病程中,COVID-19肺部病变与发病时间显著相关,特别是发热症状.COVID-19病变范围与淋巴细胞计数呈负相关,淋巴细胞减少可能是COVID-19进展的标志之一. 关键词组: Darkslateblue:Affiliate; Royal Blue:Author; Turquoise:Article
