Abstract: 

同济大学附属肺科医院陈昶等 | 组织工程气管的研究展望

本观点论文聚焦组织工程气管未来研究方向。气管作为空气进入肺部的唯一途径,在空气的传导、清洁、湿润等方面起着不可或缺的作用。肿瘤、外伤和先天性气管疾病对患者是严重的威胁。对于广泛的气管疾病,手术切除后的气管重建是唯一的治疗方法,组织工程气管替代物在这一过程中存在巨大潜力。本文总结了临床前研究中使用的各种策略,其中脱细胞、3D打印、静电纺丝和模型铸造是常用的构建方法。此外,本文还提出了组织工程气管重建成功需要解决的关键问题,包括组织工程气管力学性能、快速充足血管化、周围免疫微环境稳态和与受体同步发育等。在此基础上,文章还总结了组织工程气管领域目前发展现状,并提出了未来发展的可能方向。
